AIS, founded in September 2016, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC). Arctic Testing + Inspection was created as a platform to grow AIS’s offerings and ultimately deliver meaningful returns to ASRC’s shareholders.
